En esta postura estamos sentad@s. Recuerda crecer desde los huesos del culete (isquiones), hacia el cielo. Siempre estás estirándote. No descanses pesad@ sobre tu trasero.
La pelvis está neutra y la columna estirada.
Si necesitas elevar la pelvis, coloca un cojín -almohadón-, o cuña.
Si necesitas un soporte para la espalda, haz la postura contra la pared.
Si te incomodan las piernas paralelas, ábrelas hacia los lados.
Activa en lo posible tus pies flexionándolos (pies en flex).
Luego haz las diferentes posiciones de brazos: baja (ánclate en los muslos), media y alta.
Puedes también crear asimetrías de brazos, estirándote de manera cruzada al máximo. Y puedes hacer con ambas manos entrelazadas una tracción cervical, dándole al cuello un gran alivio en el estiramiento.
